5.High temperature causes transforming, so keep it in normal temperature.
6.Be careful with serious impact on the product, it can cause the product to malfunction
7.To change to multi-mode, use the proper tools to change a holder.
8.Make sure that operators should fasten with the bolts properly.
9.Be sure that the stripped fiber length should be at least 12mm or longer than the intended cleave length.
10.Try not to use acetone or solvent when you clean the rubber.
1.Open the body cover, and put the stripped fiber on the v-groove. And make sure that the cleave length is set as per operator's intended length. A graduated ruler can be used for that purpose.
2.Close the holder.
3.Close the cover and make sure that the end of the fiber is sticking out of the clamp exactly in a straight line. Move the slider forward to cleave the fiber.
4.Open the cover and check the cleaved fiber.
5.Open the holder cover and take out the cleaved fiber with care in order not to bring any dust or foreign substance to the fiber.
6.For the continuous operation, remove the chip of cleaved fiber with a pair of tweezers. Operators are required not to touch the tip of the cleaving blade in order to prevent hand injuries.
1)On the edge of the blade, the channel (cleaving position) from 1-24 is marked.
2)When it does not cleave the fiber normally, clean the cleaving edge part and rubber pad with the alcohol-soaked cotton swab. (But, when cleaning rubber pad, don’t use acetone or solvent.)
3)And if it still does not cleave, it means the cleaving edge is fully used, operators are required to change the cleaving position by the following order.
1)Open the cover and hold the slider with hand as shown in the figure.
2)The wrench is placed at the bottom of the body as shown in the figure. Take out the wrench for the work.
3)Release the setscrew properly (about 2 rotations) with the wrench as shown in the figure. Release the setscrew properly (about 2 rotations) with the wrench as shown in the figure.
4)Rotate the blade to the anti-clockwise direction with a cotton swab so that the number of the blade looks bigger. Fastening should be done in a reverse order

2)Release the setscrew of the slider properly (about 2 rotations) by using the wrench at the bottom of body as shown in the figure. At this time, make sure that the slider is in a backward state.
3)Put the wrench bolt at the bottom in the blade pin by turning it, and pull it with a pair of tweezers to take out from the slider
4)Replace the blade as shown in the figure. At this time, especially be careful not to damage the blade. Reassembling should be done in a reverse order of dismantling and the setscrew should be firmly fastened.
